I work as an ecological expert at the Hortobágy National Park Directorate, and I also assist the research team in its investigations. In my work, I consider the protection of habitats – including wetlands – to be our primary task. For this, a more detailed understanding of ecological systems and a more thorough understanding of individual species is essential. My PhD topic was the study of dispersed propagule assemblages by waterbirds, the investigation of propagule dispersal networks and the functional traits influencing them.
